I’m Saransh Sharma — a product designer with a systems mind, a human heart, and a builder’s spirit.

📍Currently, I am designing at JPMorgan Chase, where I work on creating intuitive, scalable experiences that help people navigate complex financial systems with clarity and confidence. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, usability, and empathy — always focused on outcomes that serve both users and the business.

🤟My journey into UX didn’t follow a straight path — and I like it that way. I started in Computer Science, which taught me how things work under the hood. Then I pursued a Master’s in Human Factors, where I learned how people think, behave, and make decisions. That mix of logic and psychology still shapes every design decision I make.

📆 Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — founder, team lead, systems thinker. I led the redesign of Gameloft.com, introduced a company-wide design system, and later designed 0 to 1, four AI-driven enterprise tools at Keito. At Wingix, the design studio I founded, I handled everything from strategy to execution — managing global clients and full product cycles. Through it all, my goal has remained the same: design with intent, and never lose sight of the human on the other side of the screen.

Recognition like the Gameloft Hall of Fame Best Player award and one of my project won Apple design awards. But what drives me isn’t titles or logos — it’s the quiet satisfaction of solving the right problem well. Of creating something that just works — and feels right.

😇 Some of my values, I value clarity, momentum, and integrity. I believe strong teams make strong products, and I do my part to nurture collaboration, challenge assumptions, and help others grow — whether it’s through mentorship, shared frameworks, or just asking better questions.

👨‍🚀 Outside of work, I stay grounded through fitness, nature, and curiosity. Whether I’m lifting weights, hiking through snow, or sketching a new idea, I’m always exploring new ways to stretch — physically, creatively, mentally.

For me, design isn’t a role — it’s a lens through which I engage with the world.
